This post is one week late due to my over-enthusiasm at producing comic strips for last week's posts, spending the weekend celebrating Thanksgiving first with my family, then with my hubby -Dick's family, and generally enjoying the autumn sunshine. We had a Thanksgiving potluck to send Simon off to his new job. And what's Thanksgiving without a turkey? So besides Simon, I also made a festive cheeseball in the shape of a roasted turkey served with triscuits and turkey drumstick crackers. Needless to say, there was a lot of good food and Fatima made a beautiful fruit covered cheesecake for the occasion. That's Simon poking fun at our boss for one last time. Oh well, there goes the last guy leaving our Dept. It will be an all-female crew in Reorg again.
